She has been involved in many sports from a young age with her primary discipline being swimming. She is always up for a challenge and trying something new and has started to dabble into the world of triathlon.

All of Mellissa’s massage is within her own time, during this time, she has managed to work for a period within the Oxford University Womens’ Rugby Team and has donated a lot of her time to charity, massaging at events such as the London Prudential and London Marathon on multiple occasions, as well as other local sporting events.

Sally
Sally holds the BTEC Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy (Level 5) from the Oxford School of Sports Massage, and has worked with Pro-Motion Therapies since March 2018.
A former rower herself, she has treated rowers of all ages including the Oxford University Lightweight Women’s squad through their 2017-18 season. She enjoys using Soft Tissue Therapy to treat and prevent a wide range of injuries and conditions affecting athletes and non-athletes alike. Sally was a teacher for many years, and now combines freelance translation with her massage commitments.
